Services are provided “as is” without express or implied warranties.
Maximum Responsibility
Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the service in the last 12 months.
User Content
We are not responsible for the content stored or transmitted by users.
8. Termination of Service
8.1 Termination by the User
- • You can cancel your service at any time
- • Cancellation must be made before the next billing cycle.
- • The data is kept for 7 days after cancellation.
- • No penalties for early cancellation
8.2 Termination by LynxNodes
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:sss

- • Failure to pay invoices on time
- • You perform activities that compromise safety
- • You use resources in an abusive manner
Data Recovery
Upon completion, you will have 7 days to download your data before it is permanently deleted.
Important
If the server is inactive or has less than 5 MB of storage, it will be automatically deleted.
9. Modifications to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
