LynxNodes ("LynxNodes," "we," or "the Company") places special importance on protecting the personal data of its users. This Privacy Policy is intended to inform, clearly and transparently, about the nature, scope, and purpose of the processing of personal data that we collect, use, and retain in connection with the provision of our gaming hosting, VPS, dedicated server, and cloud solution services.

If the user does not agree with any of its terms, they must refrain from using the services offered by LynxNodes.

• Interactions occurring through Discord and other corporate social media

The personal data collected is processed by LynxNodes for the purposes described below, in all cases linked to the proper provision of the contracted service and compliance with our legal obligations:

• Data Processors: companies that assist in providing the service (payment processing entities, technology infrastructure providers), subject to the corresponding contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations
• Compliance with Legal Obligations: when required by applicable regulations, a judicial or administrative ruling, or when necessary to safeguard LynxNodes' legitimate rights
• Corporate Transactions: in the event of a merger, acquisition, or transfer of the Company's assets, with prior notice to affected users
• User Consent: when the user has given express authorization for specific purposes other than those described here

For payment processing purposes, LynxNodes relies on NextBruxelles LLC as the payment processing entity, without this implying that LynxNodes is no longer the data controller. See Section 2 of our Terms and Conditions for more information about this corporate relationship.

5. Security Measures

LynxNodes implements the technical, organizational, and physical security measures reasonably required to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, loss, improper disclosure, or destruction, in accordance with Article 32 of the GDPR.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

LynxNodes uses cookies and other tracking technologies to ensure the proper functioning of the website, analyze browsing patterns, and, where applicable, personalize the content offered to the user. The user can manage the use of cookies through their browser settings or our preference panel.

6.1 International Data Transfers

LynxNodes has technological infrastructure located in Spain, France, Germany, and the United States. In cases where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, the Company will adopt the appropriate safeguards required by the GDPR — such as the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission — in order to ensure a level of protection equivalent to that provided within European territory.

6.2 Data Retention Period

Personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including any applicable legal, accounting, or tax obligations. Once the contracted service is cancelled, the associated data will be securely deleted within a maximum of seven (7) calendar days, unless current regulations require a longer retention period.

6.3 Legal Basis for Processing

The processing of personal data is based, as applicable, on the performance of the service agreement entered into with the user, on compliance with legal obligations applicable to LynxNodes, on the Company's legitimate interest in preserving the security and quality of the service, and, where relevant, on the user's express prior consent.
