To create an account on LynxNodes, you must meet the following requirements:

- • Valid email address: Functional email address for notifications and recovery
- • Single account: Only one account per natural person or legal entity is allowed
- • Optional verification: We may request identity documents for premium services

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee for new customers. Refunds are processed under the following conditions:

- • Free and promotional plans

6. Service Availability
We commit to maintaining our services available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with a 99.9% SLA (Service Level Agreement). Interruptions may occur due to:

- • Infrastructure improvements: Hardware and software upgrades
- • Preventive maintenance: Performance optimization
- • Prior notification: 24-48 hours before maintenance
- • Maintenance windows: 02:00-06:00 UTC (lower impact)
⚠️ Unplanned Interruptions
- • Hardware failures: Critical server components
- • Connectivity issues: External network interruptions
- • Massive DDoS attacks: >100Gbps sustained
- • Force majeure cases: Natural disasters, power outages
- • Response time: Maximum 30 minutes for critical incidents
Availability Metrics and Compensation
📊 Monthly Availability Targets:
- • Gaming Hosting: 99.9% (43.2 min maximum downtime)
- • VPS and Dedicated: 99.95% (21.6 min maximum downtime)
- • Control Panel: 99.5% (216 min maximum downtime)
💰 SLA Breach Compensation:
Important: SLA compensations apply only to customers with subscribed payment plans
Free and promotional plans are not covered by the SLA compensation policy.
- • 80.0-70.0%: 5% discount on next invoice
- • 69.9-60.0%: 15% discount on next invoice
- • <60.0%: 25% discount on next invoice
7. Limitation of Liability
Limitation of Damages
In no case shall LynxNodes be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data or use.
"As Is" Services
Services are provided "as is" without express or implied warranties.
Maximum Liability
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in the last 12 months.
User Content
We are not responsible for content stored or transmitted by users.
8. Service Termination
8.1 Termination by User
- • You can cancel your service at any time
- • Cancellation must be done before the next billing cycle
- • Data is kept for 7 days after cancellation
- • No penalties for early cancellation
8.2 Termination by LynxNodes
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:
- • You violate these Terms and Conditions
- • You do not pay invoices within the established deadline
- • You perform activities that compromise security
- • You use resources abusively
Data Recovery
After termination, you will have 7 days to download your data before they are permanently deleted.
Important
If the server is inactive or has less than 5 MB of storage, it will be automatically deleted.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately after publication on our website.
